Flossie arrives!

Cats - a photoset on Flickr

Not the Flossie we were expecting! The original (a 5 yr old white female) had to be cancelled when she tried to remove a passing cat's head at the rehoming centre. Badger wouldn't have liked that!

Flossie had arrived for urgent rehoming on Saturday evening as she couldn't cope with small children where she was living and temporary accomodation in a flat wasn't working out because of a'no pets' rule and a very squeeky cat. Although a bit timid she's lovely and hasn't had a problem with Badger so far - she has the dining room and the lounge is the 'neutral zone'. Badger has had the odd spit but is being pretty good.

We had forgotten how demanding young cats are, but at least she is house trained and eats like a pig!

Flocked

Just installed Flock and this is my first post from it. The deli.cio.us stuff works really well.

Beginning to be badgered

I'd meant to do this for a while but I wasn't optimistic I'd keep it up.

But I downloaded Flock (www.flock.com) and I've had sooo many crashes and dead PCs around lately that I've got to keep hold of my bookmarks remotely, So del.icio.us seemed the best way.

Drugs, GIS (Google Earth & Mapinfo), travel in the Far East and family miscellany might get a look in too. We'll see.
