FirstAsia Hotel and Payzip
You'd be very wise to avoid FirstAsia Hotels and Payzip. Payzip claim to have been 'closed down' by Mastercard and FirstAsia had been using them as their transfer agent.
Payzip also claim that they can't refund anything they have charged to credit cards because:
"..we can not perform a refund to your card since the bank has not allowed us to do that. Our account has been blocked. No action can be taken."
Nice, eh? And FirstAsia claim they didn't get paid so they won't refund. The FirstAsia website has vanished, but there's no warning on the payzip site (www.payzip.com / www.payzip.net). So consider yourself warned!

We are just about the start legal proceedings against the company and its directors in Thailand. It has taken a long time to get through the red tape but we are ready to go after them now.
These guys are still around, still driving their nice cars and still in some business or another. Could it be they have just moved onto their next scam?
